Service Satisfaction

We strive to deliver gift wrapping services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

• A full or partial refund
• Re-service at no additional charge
• Other mutually agreed-upon solutions

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials and time allocated to your project.
